The restaurant is named after the autochthonous olive of Lake Garda and thanks to this refined, delicious extra-virgin olive oil, locally produced and renowned all over the world, our cuisine comprises the finest dishes of the Italian tradition, reinterpreted using top-quality products to create original, creative menus with an international character, to be enjoyed in the quiet of the large Casaliva Restaurant room facing the park. Our menus also include a rich buffet of fresh vegetables, cheeses and desserts.
